However, due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns if the package has been opened or the product has been used.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product.
We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate the return process.
Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the damaged or defective item, and we will gladly replace it for you.


3. Incorrect Orders

By placing an order, you acknowledge that slight variations may exist between the product received and the reference images used on our website. These variations do not qualify as defects or incorrect items under our Refunds & Returns Policy.
